About Me
A doctor on a mission...

Dr Lyndon Wall is an experienced doctor who trained as a GP and then became an occupational physician - a specialist in the study of the interaction of health and work.

His previous medical work includes being a doctor in the Royal Air Force (for 16 years), being a senior medical advisor with the Health and Safety Executive, medical director of a large national occupational health company and an occupational physician in private practice.

He is a doctor on a mission. During the course of his medical practice, he realised that many people who were unfit to work did not have any serious pathology. They were not malingerers; they were people who were genuinely unwell but there was no medical explanation for their pain, for the way they felt and for their disability. Puzzled by this, he looked at why they felt unwell and he discovered that the whole of medical practice has this same dilemma.

Modern medical practice, despite the vast progress in technology, cannot explain disability when there is no evidence of a medical problem to explain what is causing it.
